CIG Capital has initiated a construction to permanent funding for renewable energy projects located throughout the United States and other qualified international locations worldwide. Our team will create a customized solution for each renewable energy project that meets the CIG Capital underwriting and renewable Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. CIG will structure the funding, assist in developing the structure and support the project from start to finish.

CIG Capital has the capacity to fund 100% of a project, from start to finish, with its 100% Project Funding Model. In this model, CIG not only issues its notes or bonds for the project, but also becomes a partner with the project, assisting with development and structuring; we can then leverage additional capital equity and profit share payout with certain credits or future contracts (limited and must meet strict qualifications). This opportunity is unique in that many funding groups do not fund projects of 100% LTV, nor do they partner and help develop the project with a unique perspective from working on other projects in the same field.
